There is nothing more powerful than a woman who knows her worth and has the roadmap to prove it. My heart is in the work of elevating women from strategic support positions to v-level positions.
As a seasoned career strategist, my mission is to transform high-achieving women into industry leaders. My own journey reached a turning point when I stopped trying to go it alone and began surrounding myself with other highly successful women. That shift in perspective gave me the clarity to target my dream role—Compliance Officer (Vice President)—and the drive to create the very roadmap I now share with my clients.
By designing and executing a personal strategy, I successfully pivoted into compliance, eventually spending over a decade as a compliance officer and 15+ years in leadership roles within the mortgage servicing industry.
Today, I use that same “curated roadmap” to help women take their careers into their own hands, demand the respect they deserve, and break the $100k+ earning threshold. With 30 years of financial services experience and 14 different job titles, I’ve proven that you don’t have to wait for success to find you, you can engineer it.
